About Captain Steve Small of Small Program Charters

I (Captain Steve) invite you aboard the "Small Program" for Lake Erie sportfishing at its finest! I am U.S.C.G. licensed and insured. I am the son of Lake Erie's Captain Tim Small of Bomber Charters. Our family has been operating in the fishing industry on Lake Erie professionally since the early 1980's. I am a second generation Captain and my son's, Dan and Mike, are full time Mates for both vessels. Dan and Mike are also licensed Captains as well.
