How to Find Small Program Charters

Step 1: Take Interstate 79 North to Erie. Remain on I-79 until it becomes the Bayfront Highway.
Step 2: Continue on the Bayfront Highway past the marinas. At the intersection of State Street (look for Hamot Hospital), turn LEFT toward the water.
Step 3: Proceed north down toward the boardwalk. On-street parking is available along State Street. We are docked in the East Basin.
